Studysea Danmark ApS is an internship placement agency incorporated in Denmark. Studysea provides placement services for students seeking internships and traineeships abroad. As a host organization, recruiting through Studysea is free of charge. Our services are financed by our intern candidates.

 

Hosting an intern can in many ways be a rewarding experience, but it also comes with responsibilities. All parties involved in internship programs should recognize that interns are seeking entry‐level training and experience and are not meant to replace regular employees. All organizations go through a rigorous screening process to become a part of our trusted network of host organizations. We believe this benefits both the intern and host. Application steps

1. Assessment of host organization

Terms:

All hosts are required to comply with our terms. Please download our terms of service, sign them and email back a copy to host@studysea.eu.

 

Host application:

In order to assess your organization, please complete the Host Application Form.

2. Assessment of internship

Intern request form

In order to assess your request for an intern, please complete the Intern Request Form. Please submit one form for each internship vacancy that you have. If you request several interns for same role, you may simply submit one form.

 

Why do we need the intern request form?
  • To ensure there is a match between the intern and the internship
  • To ensure the internship meets the requirements of the intern’s education institution
  • To ensure expectations are adjusted before an interview is confirmed
  • If you wish us to promote your vancancy, we will need details about the internship

3. Assessment of physical premises

In order to verify and assess the physical premises of the internship site, please email to host@studysea.eu the following:

 

  • Minimum one photo showing the inside of your physical premises.
  • Minimum one photo from the outside showing the building your premises are located within.
  • Minimum one photo that verifies that these are your premises. This can be done by taking a photo of your premises somewhere where your logo is present. If your logo is not present, you can take a photo of your premises where you hold your business card in front of the camera.
  • If your website includes the above, simply send the links.

4. Skype briefing

Once we have reviewed your application and if we decide to proceed, we may, if deemed necessary, invite you to a briefing, which typically will be conducted via Skype. Please note that host organizations in the U.S., may also be subject to a site visit.
